Read your own blog title. You dont' pursue the 'ocalatwit' thing, well, you're sitting, not rising. He understands you, you understand him. Why wouldn't you at least interview. The blog entry sounds like you're justifying why you dont want attempt to "rise above mediocrity" through a challenging new career. While I dont always agree with everything 'ocalatwit' twits, I do think he's very aggressive, a thought leader, and is someone you could learn from. Run with the big dawgs or stay on the porch.
